I do not take deadlines or rush orders.I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any stage for any reason. If this happens, you will be told.

Normally, I ask for full payment upfront before starting your commission, but I’m open to flexible arrangements if paying all at once isn’t possible for you.✦ REFUND POLICY ✦
• Before starting - 100% refund.
• Sketch - 85% refund
• Lineart - 70% refund
• Colors - 60% refund

After these stages, refunds will no longer be given. However, emergency refunds are to be considered in special circumstances.

If you wish to cancel your commission, you must let me know directly. Placing a refund after I have already started, without prior notice, will not be tolerated. Clients who attempt this more than once will receive a warning and may be placed on my blacklist.✦ TURNAROUND TIME ✦
Simpler commissions may be completed more quickly than larger or more detailed ones.
Turnaround time typically ranges from 1 week to several months, depending on the size of my queue, project complexity, and other commitments.

Please keep in mind that I am not a full time artist! I may be busy outside of art.✦ PROGRESS AND REVISIONS ✦
My preferred contact methods are Discord, email, and DM.I will send you updates and previews (such as the sketch) before moving forward.Small fixes (like markings, colors, or details I missed) do not require extra fees.Large changes (such as major pose/character edits) may require an extra fee, depending on the complexity.

Additional edits after the final piece may require a fee.
Once a piece is finalized and approved, no more edits will be made.✦ USAGE AND RIGHTS ✦
The artwork is for personal use only. You may use it for profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints/merch, etc.You may not claim my artwork as your own or use it for commercial purposes (selling merch, making profit, etc).Commissions reposts are okay long as proper credit is given and mywatermark/signature remains intact.

My commissioned artwork cannot be used to train AI models, datasets, or similar systems in any form.You may not mint, sell, or distribute my artwork as NFTs, or attempt to profit from it digitally or commercially in any way without my explicit permission.

You cannot use my art to train AI, or sell as an NFTI retain the right to post commissioned artwork on my socials, website, or portfolio, unless we agree otherwise in advance.I may also use the artwork for promotional purposes, such as commission examples, previews, or showcases.If you would like your commission to remain private and not be shared publicly, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

✦ Design Terms of Service ✦

You must have a Toyhou.se account to own one of my designs.If you do not have an account, I can provide a registration code to help you set one up.This ensures that my designs are properly tracked and recored, preventing them from being lost or unaccounted for.

You may not create your own selling/trading rules for my designs.All sales, trades, or gifts of my designs must follow the T.O.S. here.^{These rules apply to all designs I create, including customs, gifts, trades, and adoptables.}✦ OWNDERSHIP & USAGE ✦
I do not take deadlines or rush orders.You may use my designs for personal projects, roleplay, storytelling, or other private means
My designs cannot be used for sexual, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Please do not delete or alter the original character profile on hosting platforms.
Private characters are allowed, but I must retain access or authorization to the profile for reference.

For collaborative designs, each designer’s TOS applies to their contribution.
Example: If I design the character while another artist does lineart, my TOS applies to the design.
On the other hand, if another designer creates the character and I provide lineart, their TOS applies to the design.✦ EDITS ✦
You are free to edit, recolor, or modify my designs, but you must credit me as the original creator regardless of changes.Do not draw over the reference. You may request PSD files for your edits. Edited images should be uploaded separately from the original artwork.The original design must remain unaltered and public. Keep them in a separate folder or tab if needed.✦ TRADING ✦
You may resell, trade, or gift a design, but you may not sell it for a higher price than the base value unless extra artworks are added.do not sell my designs outside of toyhouse without prior approval. If you plan to trade or sell elsewhere, you must provide proof of ownership/purchase and obtain permission.Designs purchased from me cannot be used as prizes in raffles or contests.✦ INSPIRATION ✦
You may not copy, steal, or heavily reference my designs to create your own design. This includes replicating color schemes, markings, or unique elements without permission.
